ОПИСАНИЕ: Смесь сухая гидроизоляционная, поверхностная РК100, B10, W6, F25 «Ватерплаг» ГОСТ 31357-2007. Состоит из специального цемента, кварцевого песка определенной гранулометрии, активных химических компонентов.  НАЗНАЧЕНИЕ: Используется для быстрой остановки течей. ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВА: Быстрое схватывание (3 минуты); Высокая ранняя прочность; Расширяется при контакте с водой.

ИНСТРУКЦИЯ ПО ПРИМЕНЕНИЮ 

Работы по гидроизоляции проводить при температуре поверхности конструкции от +5 до + 35 °С. 

РАСХОД СУХОЙ СМЕСИ: 1,9 кг/дм³. 

ПОДГОТОВКА ПОЛОСТИ ТЕЧИ: Увеличить полость течи с помощью отбойного молотка на ширину не менее 25 мм и глубину не менее 50 мм с расширением вглубь («ласточкин хвост»). Тщательно очистить щеткой с металлическим ворсом. 

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ РАСТВОРНОЙ СМЕСИ: Использовать только чистую тару и воду. Смешать с водой в пропорции 0,18 л воды на 1 кг сухой смеси или 1 часть воды на 4 части сухой смеси по объему. При температурах близких к 0 °С использовать теплую воду. Использовать за 30 секунд.

ОСТАНОВКА ТЕЧИ: Сформировать плотный конус из приготовленной растворной смеси. С максимально возможным усилием вдавить конус в полость течи и удерживать 2–3 минуты. При наличии нескольких напорных течей работы начинать с верхней. Удалить излишки растворной смеси «Ватерплаг» до половины полости течи. Обработать полость остановленной течи растворной смесью «Пенетрон». Оставшийся объем полости заполнить растворной смесью «Пенекрит». Через 1–2 часа поверхность раствора «Пенекрит» и прилегающую к ней бетонную поверхность обработать растворной смесью «Пенетрон» в два слоя. 

УХОД ЗА ОБРАБОТАННОЙ ПОВЕРХНОСТЬЮ: Увлажнять и защищать поверхность от механических воздействий, отрицательных температур и осадков в течение 3–х суток.

МЕРЫ ПРЕДОСТОРОЖНОСТИ: Использовать перчатки резиновые, перчатки х/б, респиратор, очки защитные, спецодежду из плотной ткани, сапоги. При попадании смеси на кожу или в глаза немедленно промыть водой и обратиться к врачу.

DESCRIPTION

WATERPLUG® is a rapid setting, cementitious waterstop designed to stop active water leaks and moisture ingress. 

RECOMMENDED FOR

WATERPLUG® can be used internally or externally as a temporary waterproof plugging mortar or where rapid setting and early strength gain is required.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Surface Preparation: The substrate must be clean, sound and free of any surface contamination, such as oils, coatings, paints, dirt, etc. Leaking areas must be cut back to sound material, leaving an appropriate chase for receiving WATERPLUG®. 

Mixing

Setting time is dependent largely on the amount of mixing water used. Standard mixing ratio at 20°C is 1.1 kg WATERPLUG® and approximately 0.25 l of water. Water must be added to WATERPLUG® and mixed quickly. The mix should have a dry pack (dry earth) consistency, holding a shape when squeezed in your hand but easily crumbled when pressed with fingers. Mixing time is about 15 seconds with setting occurring about 30 seconds later. In cold weather, use lukewarm water. In higher temperatures, use cold water. 

Application

To avoid waste, only small quantities of WATERPLUG® should be mixed. After mixing, apply WATERPLUG® to the appropriate area immediately. Material should be formed into a wedge and forced into the leak. This can be accomplished with the use of a block of wood and hammer. Work the plug well into the area and then, applying as much pressure as possible, hold firmly in place for about 2 minutes or until set. After the leak has stopped, prime the area with a bond coat of PENETRON® and then fill the remaining void to the surface with PENECRETE MORTAR™. Remove excess material. After lightly pre-wetting, apply a final coat of PENETRON® to the repaired area.

PACKAGING

This product can be purchased in 25 kg and 5 kg pails.

STORAGE / SHELF LIFE

WATERLUG® should be stored dry at any temperature and humidity. When properly stored in a dry cool place in unopened and undamaged original packaging, shelf life is 18 months. 

SAFE HANDLING INFORMATION

WATERPLUG® contains cement which is alkaline. Will irritate eyes and skin and may cause skin sensitization. Wear appropriate eye, skin and breathing protection when using this product. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. For further information please refer to Material Safety Data Sheet.
